Homemade Soy Sauce Alternative (I’m so excited about this I can’t stand it)

So… I just stumbled across this post on WordPress and I couldn’t be more excited to give it a try. I am sharing in hopes that it may make someone else’s day as much as it did mine!

    I loved this idea for soy sauce. I am also allergic to apples so the apple cider vinegar won’t work for me. In your research have you heard of any other vinegars that I might try in place of the apple cider vinegar? Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful ideas!

      Are you also corn intolerant? You may be able to try white wine vinegar or rice vinegar, but if you have an issue with corn, it makes it hard to find a brand that works well with corn intolerance due to processing practices and cross contamination. Organic White distilled is an option for those that have no issues with corn, but as it is made from corn, I have to avoid it. Hope you find something g that works!
