Chicken Noodle Soup | Gluten free


Sometimes, simple comfort food is best. Even better if you can make it healthy. I found all of the ingredients I needed hanging about in the fridge 

  • Leftover organic rotisserie chicken
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Homemade organic vegetable broth
  • Leftover gluten free noodles 
  • Fresh parsley and chives

Seasoned the broth with a bit of turmeric, garlic, Himilayan sea salt, and a touch of black pepper, and it is perfection. 

That’s the great thing about leftovers – they can make an entirely new and completely different meal. We use them all the time! What can you make with the leftovers in your fridge?
