Turkey Burger, hold the bun.

Tonight’s dinner was thrown together in such a rush that I had to time for proper photos, but the end result was absolutely fabulous enough to sneak in at least one shot before I devoured it. I had to prove it happened, right?

This is my healthy rendition of burger night. Herb and Garlic Seasoned Turkey Burger Over Sautéed Carrots and Kale, Topped with Sautéed  Baby Bellas and Caramelized Onions in a Red Wine Reduction. 

Burgers without buns definitely don’t  have to be boring, and these are definitely far from it!  

 
One of the best highlights from tonight’s dinner? My 2 year old eating all the mushrooms and kale on his plate before even touching his burger. That’s right, my kid eats kale! *proud* 🙌🏻
