Organic Peanut Butter Rice Crisps

I am completely obsessed with these corn-free peanut butter rice crispy treats! I just can’t stop! 

2.5 cups organic golden rice crisps ( can find at a health food store)

1/2 cup organic peanut butter

1/3 cup local raw honey 

1 heaping Tbsp organic coconut 

In a sauce pan over medium heat, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil until melted and well combined. 

Place the rice crisps Ina medium to large glass mixing bowl and pour the peanut butter mixture on top, then stir to combine. 

Grease a 9 inch square glass baking dish with coconut oil, then pour the rice crisps mixture in and use the back of your spoon to spread evenly.

Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours… Or throw it in the freezer for an hour if you are totally impatient like I am! I may not have even lasted an hour.. ๐Ÿ˜ 

These are best kept refrigerated to retain crispness.

Now try not to eat the whole batch in one sitting! Half, though…. That’s totally cool. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I won’t judge.
