Sometimes, simple is best.


Sometimes, you just want to make something quick and easy, and preparing a main dish doesn’t get any simpler than rubbing some organic chicken thighs with ghee and seasoning them with sea salt and black pepper. 

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes and you have pure, simple perfection.
